In recent times Canterbury flavoured prog has almost been reborn and flourished under the wave of young musicians playing homage to the likes of Egg, Hadfield and the North, Camel and Caravan, but bringing a fresh up to date element to the music, one such artists is Tom Penaguin who is now firmly established as a master craftsman in field of Canterbury styled instrumental music. When Rob and Will set up White Knight Records back in 2011 one of the first outfits signed was Salva it was an excellent example of the quality of progressive rock they were looking for.

Fast forward to to-day and album number 8, the quality remains the same and the bands brainchild composer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and producer Per Malmberg specialises in a rich blend of hard rock, metal symphonic prog and pop.

Kamil Konieczniak has become something of a cult figure in his homeland Poland, fans of the band have waited some seven years for the latest studio release and Kamil has delivered big time!

The album is a continuation of it's predecessors but progress continues as one would expect.

The use of two vocalists female and male add an extra colourful dimension to the tracks, Anna and Marcin compliment each other beautifully.

Lazuli Electric prog has seen them elevated in recent years to the Grade A headlight act on the international stage.

Rob and Will welcome Andy Tilson one of UK’s most acclaimed musicians to our Whiteknight home, the first offering is a real labour of love both for Andy and for us, he has returned to the music that first put this monster craftsman in the prog premier division.

Some 30 years on, he has returned to tracks that he wanted to update given the passing of time and the honing of his musical talents.

It's taken him even longer than it does to record a Tangent album of which a new one is coming very soon but he wanted this release to be extra special. What a way to start 2026.
